With the AFL season now over (Having already predicted a Bulldogs celebration in the VNEWS last week) the Spring Carnival gets in full swing with the 2016 Group 1 Caulfield Guineas meeting on Saturday. Also featuring the Group 1 Thousand Guineas and Caufield Stakes featuring Winx, who has already scared away all but 2 other rivals. We also have the Group 1 Toorak Handicap.
In addition we have the Group 2 Herbert Power, Group 2 Schillaci Stakes and 2 other Group 3’s.
At Randwick we have the last of the Spring Group 1’s – An important VRC Derby lead up – The Spring Champion Stakes and the Group 3 Angst Stakes. A reminder we are open on Sunday this weekend which includes the $300k Cranbourne Cup…
