VJOKE

Ken Knight or KK as he is known and a friend Foyst are playing golf one day at Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Ken is about to chip onto the green of the 17th when he sees a long funeral procession on the road next to the course. He stops in mid-swing, takes off his golf cap, closes his eyes, and bows down in prayer. Foyst says: “Wow, that is the most thoughtful and touching thing I have ever seen. You truly are a kind man KK.”  Ken then replies: “Yeah, well Louise and I were married 25 years.”

VH2H – Head to Head Betting

The All-Star Mile will be rotated around Melbourne’s three premier racetracks, Flemington, Caulfield and The Valley. The inaugural race at Flemington in March 2019 was won by Mystic Journey, the flying filly from Tasmania who cost just $11,000. The All-Star Mile takes its inspiration from Japan’s famous fan-voted race, the Arima Kinen. First run in 1956, the Arima Kinen was promoted to an international Group 1 race in 2007. Its popularity has continued to grow, with more than 1 million fans now voting for their favourite horses. Past winners include Deep Impact (2006), who was the world’s most valuable stallion before his passing in July 2019.
