VH2H – Head to Head Betting

VICBET H2H Betting is available every race in two groups of three. It is the three Favourites (1st, 2nd and 3rd) combined in one H2H outcome and the second H2H is the 4th, 5th and 6th Favourites combined, excluding the Fav if it is Odds-on (under $2). This is a moving dynamic market so as the odds change for the actual race the odds will change for the H2H outcome. Also, you can pick your own H2H outcome, then simply text Tim Cleary (0433-339347) and he will price up for you, this can be in a group of two or three……This a novelty bet type so it is for the small players……

What a great weekend of Races coming up with Group One Racing at Caulfield and Randwick where the Caulfield Guineas is the highlight along with a great list of Group two and three races. It is the time of year when all the Country Cups are rolling in, this Saturday in VIC we have the Hamilton and Manangatang Cups and on Sunday there is the Cranbourne Cup…..

This week we have a Caulfield Group 1 Promo…. If you run second to any Favourite in a Caulfield Group 1 this weekend we will give you cash back up to $100. The only catch is there must be a bet in all four Caulfield Group One’s. If you run second to any of the four Final Favs that win then you can collect up to $100 each time …..Note it is for WIN only wagers and equal to the smallest of your four wagers. If any race has final equal Favourites then that race is not counted.

The $2m Caulfield Guineas was first run at Caulfield Racecourse in 1881 when it was won by Wheatear and has always been run over 1,600 metres. Interestingly it was only during WWII that it left Caulfield for a few years as it was run at Flemington. In recent times Surround (1976) and Red Anchor (1984) have won the Caulfield Guineas/Cox Plate double. Sixteen horses have won the Caulfield Guineas/Victoria Derby double, including Tulloch (1957), Red Anchor (1984) and Mahogany (1993). Some of the notable winners include Heroic (1924), Ajax (1937), Hydrogen (1951), Tulloch (1957), Storm Queen (1966), Vain (1969), Surround (1976), Luskin Star (1977), Manikato (1978), Red Anchor (1984), Mahogany (1993), Redoute’s Choice (1999), Lonhro (2001), Weekend Hussler (2007), Starspangledbanner (2009) and last year’s winner The Autumn Sun (2018).…Click on the link to watch a few Classic Caulfield Guineas of recent times:
