Carol didn’t come home one night. When Trevor asked her where she’d been she said she spent the night at a girl friend’s house. Trevor was a bit suspicious she’d been “sleeping around” so rang her ten closest friends, but none of them had seen her. The following week Trevor didn’t come home one night. Carol asks him where he’d been. So Trevor says he got a bit drunk at a mate’s place and thought it was safer not to drive but crash out there. Carol thinks he’s been “sleeping around” so rings his ten best mates.
In true Aussie style – eight of them say he spent the night there and two claim he’s still there.

The Cox Plate is over for 2016 and the beaten runners are still trying to work out which way Winx went…
In possibly the greatest performance in living memory, Winx demolished her rivals by 8 lengths to record the easiest Cox Plate win since Sunline, who also won her 2nd Cox plate in similar devastating fashion.
Again many punters took advantage of our $100 VPROMOTION – Winx or bust! And backers of Hartnell and Yankee Rose have had their bets refunded.

This week we kick off the massive four day Flemington Carnival with the best meeting of the year – VRC Derby day.
We have four big Group Ones – Coolmoore Stud Stakes for 3yo’s , Myer Classic for mares, VRC Derby for 3yo’s and the Cantala Stakes over 1600m – formerly the Emirates stakes and now swapped with the McKinnon Stakes which moves to the Final Day of the Carnival.
The support card on Saturday also features two Group 2 races and three Group 3 races.
As usual we are fielding on all Victorian and Interstate races on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week, including Moonee Valley Friday Night on Derby Day Eve and Mornington Peninsula Cup day on Sunday.
